About Mimi’s Little Academy
At Mimi’s Little Academy, our mission is to nurture the whole child through a nature-inspired, play-based environment that fosters curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning. We believe every child deserves a space where they are respected, heard, and encouraged to grow at their own pace.
The name “Mimi” was lovingly given to me by one of my former students—and it stuck. To us, Mimi means love. And love is at the heart of everything we do. Rooted in positive relationships and guided by the CT Pyramid Model, we partner with families to build a strong foundation for each child’s growth—one joyful moment, muddy footprint, and meaningful connection at a time.
